  Absolutely terrible. Not only did the cashier get my order wrong - TWICE - but the meal I was given as not what I ordered. Please train your staff.
  
  Seriously. I ordered a simple combo meal, it shouldn't have been difficult, it was numbered on the board. When inputting into the til, they added extra items I didn't ask for. When I pointed this out, they apologized, and started over - adding the extra items a second time.
  
  Floor manager came over, and entered the data for them. Then I awaited my food, was handed a tray, and went to sit down - only to find that I'd been given a basic meal, and not the combo I paid for.
  
  I took the tray back, and explained half my meal was missing, to get the dumbfounded look of a calf trapped in headlights. Only when the original cashier (who doubtless knew my order by heart by this point) apologized again, and collected the missing items.
  
  Here's the kicker. I sit down a second time, and:
  
  My drink has ice (I asked for no ice)
  The chicken was stone cold
  The fries were luke-warm, rubbery; belt double and squashed into the holder
  The combo items were dripping with still boiling oil.
  
  Never going to that outlet again.
